Large commercial building under construction with tower cranes at golden hour
ACEIPL CIVIL

Building infrastructure from the ground up.

Building construction and civil infrastructure solutions spanning structures, pumping stations, pipelines, chambers and associated site works.

From structure to infrastructure

Civil works built around how the asset needs to perform.

The civil division covers two related demands: buildings that have to work as functional assets, and infrastructure that has to be built around networks already in service. ACEIPL constructs commercial, industrial and infrastructure buildings, including sewage pumping station buildings and the civil structures that surround pumping plant. The same teams lay sewer and water pipelines, build pipe-carrying bridges, and construct manholes and chambers of various sizes. Because the mechanical and electrical scopes come from the same company, structure, plant and power follow one programme with one team accountable on site.

How a project moves

From site to completion.

01

Site

Project and site requirement assessed before work is planned.

02

Foundation

Ground works, excavation and foundation construction.

03

Structure

Structural execution in reinforced concrete and masonry.

04

Services & Infrastructure

Associated civil infrastructure built around the structure.

05

Completion

Finishing and handover-related civil works.

Critical infrastructure

Civil infrastructure behind reliable pumping operations.

ACEIPL constructs sewage pumping station buildings and the civil structures that surround pumping plant — wet wells, valve chambers, underground works and the site civil works that make the station accessible and maintainable.

Pipeline infrastructure

Connecting infrastructure below and above ground.

Large diameter pipeline sections being laid in a shored urban trench

Water Pipelines

Laying and associated civil works for water mains and distribution lines.

Sewer Pipelines

Sewer lines constructed around networks that stay in service.

Pipeline Laying

Excavation, shoring, bedding, jointing, backfill and reinstatement.

Associated Civil Works

Thrust blocks, supports, crossings and surface restoration.

Pipe-Carrying Bridges

Structures that carry pipelines across channels and obstacles.

Manholes & chambers

The infrastructure people rarely see still has to work.

Manholes

Construction of manholes of various sizes and depths along sewer runs.

Chambers

Valve, inspection and junction chambers built to suit the network.

Pipeline Access Structures

Access shafts and covers that allow inspection and cleaning.

Underground Civil Infrastructure

Benching, channels, surrounds and supporting underground works.

One company, three disciplines

Civil works don’t operate in isolation.

ACEIPL’s multi-division structure allows relevant projects to connect civil requirements with mechanical and electrical capabilities where applicable — planned and sequenced by one accountable team.

Why ACEIPL Civil

Built by a team that also operates the assets around it.

Building + Infrastructure

One division handling both structures and the infrastructure around them.

Site-Focused Execution

Work planned around live sites, existing networks and operating constraints.

Cross-Division Coordination

Civil, mechanical and electrical scopes sequenced by one company.

Construction + Operational Infrastructure

Assets built to be maintained, accessed and operated afterwards.
